Two decades turning complex transformations into operational reality.
Blaine Wilson has spent two decades turning complex transformations into operational reality.
His PMO craft was forged at Accenture, leading the post-merger integration of the Sears Group — folding Finance, IT, Operations, Warehousing and HR into a single seamless operation. From there he built Accenture's Oracle Retail PMO practice, originating with Retek, where he defined the core capabilities that ship programmes on time, on budget, on spec.
Those same capabilities launched the world's first online eAuction for De Beers, and later eDiamond — the world's first independent open auction platform for the diamond industry.
Today he is setting up and driving the PMO behind STREAMZ — a new global film and TV streaming service — running the programme that delivers the end-to-end Script-to-Screen-to-Cash systems alongside the enabling capabilities (Finance, HR, IT, Systems Development, Programme Management, Legal) that stand the business up.
Blaine founded Mission Systemsto codify what he's learned — ISOPOSED™, TORSEMI™, Remedy, MExSys — and put it in the hands of every leader running a transformation that has to land.
